Method of Event Evaluation:
We will send out a feedback form at the end of the course and would welcome feedback from participants so that we can constantly improve our trainings.
Qualifications and prior experience necessary:
This course is open for anyone interested in developing leadership skills in the work setting, including those in named leadership positions and those wishing to develop their participant or momentary leaderships skills in groups, and organisations.
What will I get from this course?
This course is designed as continued professional development. All participants will receive a certificate after completion of the course for 32 hours and be awarded CPD credits from the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
What materials will participants receive?
Participants receive a workbook with the course material for all eight modules, including space for notes and reflections.
Does the event require preparation?
The main core text for the training is the book Building Intuitive Consciousness: The Inner Camino as an Existential Journey for a Rapidly Changing World Participants are advised to read the relevant stages before each module.
